Welcome to Quit it. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quit it mobile application (“App”), the Quit it website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Two Palms Software LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Quit it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

Quit it is a self-help tool for people quitting gambling. It can help you add friction around apps on your device, help you through urges, and track your progress, including an estimate of money kept since your quit date.

3. Not Medical Advice or Treatment

The Service provides self-help and habit-tracking tools. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, is not addiction treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a crisis, or may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

4. Blocking Is a Tool, Not a Guarantee

App blocking relies on Apple Screen Time and runs on your device. It can be disabled, bypassed, or affected by changes to your device or to Apple’s software. We do not guarantee that blocking will prevent access to any app or activity, and you remain solely responsible for your decisions, including any decision to gamble.

5. Estimates, Not Financial Advice

Money kept and similar figures are estimates calculated from information you provide. They are not financial advice, and they do not represent actual funds or savings.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Quit it may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your device’s app store settings. We do not manage cancellations or refunds directly.

Referral or promotional codes may affect pricing. We may modify or discontinue any code or promotion at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Palms Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including any gambling losses, relapse, or failure of blocking to prevent access to any app or activity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
